Paralegal

The Job

• Paralegal at our HQ in Salford
• Representing clients and preparing cases to a high standard
• Out-of-hours duties
• Crown and magistrates’ courts caseloads
• Working closely with experienced lawyers
• Signing up clients
• Regular training

The Candidate

• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to prepare serious and technical cases
• Passion for client care
• Excellent work ethic
• Firm expectations of client care and professionalism
• Analytical
• Flexible, including evening and weekend work
• Willingness to obtain Police Station Accreditation and work out of hours
• Desire to self-develop
• Ability to deal with people at all levels and build relationships internally and externally
• Good computer skills
• Confident attitude
• Ideally a 2:1 Upper Second Class Honours or relevant casework experience
• Organised
• Positive attitude
• Team working
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle desirable

The Firm
