Julie Stonehouse
Julie is our Compliance Officer, dealing with our regulatory and quality control responsibilities. As part of this, she coordinates our complaints handling process. Julie also assists with general admin and accounts.

About Julie
Julie is our Compliance Officer, and is based at our Head Office in Salford. She has been with the firm for over 10 years. She has significant experience in regulatory compliance, and she helps ensure that the firm maintains the Law Society Lexcel quality mark.
Previous to her time at the firm, Julie was a business auditor at Co-operative Financial Services for 9 years, specialising in risk management.
Education
Julie has a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from Teesside University. She also gained the Institute of Internal Audit PIIA and MIIA qualifications in her work as a business auditor.
Approach to the work
Julie develops and maintains policies and procedures which ensure clients consistently receive a quality service.
Outside the law
Julie enjoys trips to the theatre and the cinema. She also likes to take long walks with her dog.
