Our client is a former product and marketing manager who worked at multinational cladding company Kingspan. The company has been widely linked with the fire at Grenfell Tower in which 72 people tragically lost their lives. The client was a key witness who has provided valuable information to the public inquiry. The Metropolitan Police have stated that their investigation includes consideration of manslaughter, fraud and regulatory offences. The investigation is ongoing so we cannot comment further.
