Approach to the work

For Emily, the most important quality to possess as a lawyer is the ability to be empathetic with her clients. No matter the allegation or the alleged circumstances, Emily feels everybody deserves strong legal representation. Emily prioritises client care by regularly communicating with her clients as well as ensuring that they feel they are being listened to, which builds strong relationships between client and lawyer.

Outside the law

Practice areas

Emily’s caseload is primarily made up of serious sexual offences as well as serious crime and drugs in general. She represents vulnerable clients who often need the assistance of an expert report so Emily is familiar with instructing expert witnesses.
