Nicola is our Practice Manager, based at our Salford head office. She joined Mary Monson Solicitors in November 2024 with over 23 years’ experience in the legal sector and oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations.

Nicola began her career in a corporate law firm as a Post Room Assistant and, through hard work and dedication, progressed to the role of Office Manager. Her extensive experience in legal practice management enables her to oversee the firm's day-to-day operations, support colleagues across the business and help ensure the firm continues to deliver an efficient, professional service to its clients.
Before joining the firm, Nicola spent more than two decades working within corporate law firms, gaining a wealth of experience in office management, business operations and supporting legal teams. Her broad knowledge of the legal profession and operational management provides a strong foundation for her role as Practice Manager.

Nicola is committed to ensuring the firm operates efficiently and effectively, supporting both staff and clients. She enjoys improving processes, fostering a positive working environment and helping the team deliver the highest standards of client care.
Outside the law
Outside of work, Nicola enjoys reading, walking her dog and spending quality time with her family.
