Our client avoided custody and was sentenced to a community order for distributing indecent images. This was due to persuasive mitigation that we compiled, including references, an expert report, and letters from his therapist which showed that the offending was out of character.

Our client attended a police interview after being accused of touching a child sexually. We represented him and carefully drafted a prepared statement which confirmed that he was innocent. In the end, the police informed our client that they would be taking no further action.

MMS represented a professional lady accused of forging fraudulent prescriptions. She instructed our firm soon after her first interview. We submitted detailed representations with supporting evidence to the police. The case was eventually dropped with No Further Action.

Our client was a young man involved in supply of controlled drugs. Although the prosecution tried to suggest his involvement was more serious, following careful mitigation argued by MMS, the court accepted he was in the lowest category and sentenced him to a community order.

Our client was accused of touching the bottoms of two teenagers at a family music festival. Having attended with his wife and child, our client was shocked and denied the allegations. We gave expert advice to our client throughout and rightfully the police took no further action.

Our client was accused of rape by a woman who he was having a casual relationship with. We worked hard to sift through hundreds of messages and pictures in order to highlight the fact the two were clearly in a consensual sexual relationship.
